UNCITRAL Working Group III to continue debate on possible multilateral reform of ISDS

UNCITRAL Working Group III is scheduled to continue discussions on possible reform of ISDS at its 36th session, to be held October 29–November 2, 2018 in Vienna. At the session, UNCITRAL member states will begin to identify and discuss areas where, in their view, multilateral reform of ISDS may be desirable.
