UNCITRAL 7th Inter-sessional Meeting of Working Group III in Belgium

The 7th Inter-sessional Meeting of Working Group III was held in Egmont Palace in Brussels, Belgium on 7 and 8 March, 2024. The overarching theme of the meeting was “a better access to justice for all.” Through this lens, the meeting discussed several aspects of the Working Group’s agenda, namely, the advisory centre, standing mechanism, and procedural and cross-cutting issues.
