U.S. Court overturns a decision to enforce the Devas award

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit overturned a decision to enforce an award in favour of Devas based on a long-running dispute between Devas and Antrix. The court held that Devas does not have sufficient connection with the United States to grant enforcement. The award in question was based on an ICC contractual arbitration seated in Mumbai issued in 2015.
